However, Talking Minds and Wordspace reserve the right to review materials posted to any Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Talking Minds and Wordspace reserve the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Talking Minds and Wordspace reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Talking Minds and Wordspace's sole discretion.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
