This policy also covers any recruitment in relation to provision of moderator or author status, along with any banning and deletion of memberships. The only basis for promotion to moderator or author status is considered opinion of the members suitability for the responsibilities required of moderators and/or authors.
All members (regardless of status) have an obligation not to discriminate and to report incidents of discrimination against any individual or group of individuals. Any site users found to be discriminating will be liable to banning from the site.
